Pickleball is a fast-growing sport that is becoming increasingly popular in the UK. It combines elements of tennis, badminton, and table tennis, and can be played indoors or outdoors. The game is easy to learn and can be enjoyed by people of all ages and abilities.
To play Pickleball, all you need is a Pickleball paddle, a whiffle ball, and a Pickleball court. The court is pretty much the same size as a badminton court but the net is much lower, making it easier to play for beginners. The game is played in doubles or singles, and the objective is to hit the ball over the net and into the opponent’s court without them being able to return it.
One of the benefits of playing Pickleball is that it is a low-impact sport, which means that it is gentle on the joints and suitable for people of all ages. It is also a great way to stay active and get some exercise while having fun with friends.
So, why not give it a try and see why so many people are falling in love with this exciting and fun sport! Bookings can be made online or at reception – 01582 418873 (option 1).
